Away we go!

At last we are off to Japan. Thanks to a brilliant idea from Ann we changed our stay in Osaka to overnight at a hotel at the airport. This means we can catch a ferry the next day to Kobe and the cruise terminal. We don't have to worry about arriving late at night and taking a train to Osaka and then trying to locate our hotel. Our driver from Scenic picked us up on time and then dove us to the airport via the bay. While it may have been an extra 15 minutes, it was a relaxing drive and interesting to see the changes around Port. 

Have arrived safely in Singapore . Flight was good , had a tail wind and arrived 60 mins early. Singapore is hot and humid. We are staying about 15 mins from th e airport. Our cab was 35 Singapore dollars which seemed expensive, interested to see what it is tomorrow. The hotel is very basic, three flights up but no lift! Will change hotels for flight home. We are two hours behind Melb, so feeling a bit tired. Don't have an early flight so we can take it easy.
